Abstract

본 발명은 자기헤드 갭(head gap) 양측에 고포화 자속밀도를 갖는 박막층과 부(-)의 자왜정수를 갖는 박막층을 상호교대로 적층하여 전체적으로 자왜정수를 Zero에 근접시켜 우수한 연자기 특성을 갖게하는 자기헤드용 연자성 박막구조에 관한 것으로, 헤드갭 양쪽에 성막되는 연자성 박막이 코아측으로부터 FeCo/Ni 또는 FeCoN/Ni 층이 교대로 적층된 구조로 하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 연자성 박막구조에 관한 기술이다.

제5도는 FeCo/Ni 적층 박막에서 Ni 두께 비율에 따른 보자력 및 포화작속 밀도의 변화를 나타낸 상태도.
제6도는 FeCo/Ni 적층 및 FeCoN/Ni 적층막에서 투자율의 주파수 특성을 나타낸 상태도.

Claims (2)

  1. 자기헤드 갭 양쪽에 성막되는 연자성박막이 코아측으로부터 Fe100-xCox/Ni(10 x 90wl%) 박막층이 교대로 적층된 구조로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드용 연자성 박막구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 FeCo/Ni층 성막시 질소를 첨가하여 FeCoN/Ni 층이 교대로 적층된 구조로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드용 연자성 박막구조.
