Abstract

자기헤드는, 소위 메탈 테이프 등의 높은 항자력을 갖는 자기기록 매채에의 기록 및 이로부터의 재생에 적합한 자기헤드를 만들도록 재생 출력을 개선시키기 위해서 Fe-M-N 자성 박막층과 Pt층 등의 귀금속 층을 적층시켜 다층막을 먼저 형성한 후에, 절연막을 개재하여 상기 다층막들을 적충시킴으로써 형성된 금속 자성막을 갖는다. 한쌍의 자기 코어 반부의 갭형성 표면 상에는, FexMyNz조성을 갖는(여기서, M은 Ta, Zr, Hf, Nb, Ti, Mo 및 W에서 선택된 하나 이상의 재료이고, x,y 및 z는 원자 퍼센트를 나타내는 것으로 71≤x≤85, 6≤y≤15 및 9≤z≤16 관계를 유지함) 자성 박막층들과 Pt, Au,Ag 및 Pd에서 선택한 하나 이상의 재료로 된 층들을 먼저 적층시킨 후에, SiO2, ZrO2, Al2O3및 Cr 중 임의의 한가지 재료로 이루어진 층을 개재하여 다층막을 적어도 두개 적층시킴으로써 다층 구조가 형성된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 서로 인접한 부분에 자기갭 형성면을 갖고 서로 결합되어 일체화된 한쌍의 자기 코어 반부와, 상기 자기 코어 반부 쌍중 적어도 하나에서의 자기갭 형성면 상에 형성된 금속 자성막을 포함하며, 상기 금속 자성막이 FexMyNz조성을 갖는 (여기서, M은 Ta, Zr, Hf, Nb, Ti, Mo 및 W에서 선택된 하나 이상의 재료이고, x, y 및 z는 원자 퍼센트를 나타내는 것으로 71≤x≤85, 6≤y≤15 및 9≤z≤16 관계를 유지함) 자성 박막층들과 Pt, Au, Ag 및 Pd에서 선택한 하나 이상의 재료로 된 층들을 교대로 적층시켜 다층막을 먼저 형성한 후에, SiO2, ZrO2, Al2O3및 Cr 중 임의의 한가지 재료로 이루어진 층을 개재하여 다층막을 적어도 두개 이상 적층시킴으로써 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, SiO2, ZrO2, Al2O3및 Cr 중 임의의 한가지 재료로 된 층이 층당 0.5 내지 5.0㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 금속 자성막을 형성하는 Pt, Au, Ag 및 Pd에서 선택한 하나 이상의 재료로 된 층들이 층당 0.3 내지 10.0nm의 평균 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 금속 자성막을 형성하는 자성 박막층들이 층당 0.05 내지 1.0㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
