- 조성식이(Fe 1-a, Co a) 100-e-f-b Cre Ruf (Sic Bd)b단 a=0.93~0.95c/c+d=0.55~0.65b=22~27e=0.4-2.6f=1.5~4.0에 의해 조성되는 것이 특징인 자기헤드용 비정질합금.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
