Claims (9)
- 본래 Ni 40내지 60중량%로 이루어지며 나머지는 Cu와 P인 피막용 합금을 기판상에 피착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피막용합금.
- 제 1항에 있어서, Cu는 34±5중량% 범위에서 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피막용합금.
- 제 2항에 있어서, P는 7내지 11중량% 범위에서 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피막용합금.
- 본래 Ni 40내지 60중량%로 이루어지며 나머지는 Cu와 P인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록매체용 바닥층.
- 제 4항에 있어서, Cu는 34±5중량% 범위에서 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥층.
- 제 5항에 있어서, P는 7내지 11중량% 범위에서 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥층.
- 본래 Ni 40내지 60중량%로 이루어지며 나머지는 Cu와 P인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 디스크용 비자성 경화층.
- 제 7항에 있어서, Cu는 34±5중량% 범위에서 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비자성 경화층.
