Claims (4)
- 고분자필름상에 강자성합금층이 형성되어진 수직자기 기록매체에 있어서, 고분자필름의 기판내에 함유되어 있는 잔존용매량이 0.7중량%이하인 상기 고분자필름 기판상에 강자성합금층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직자기기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고분자필름층이 폴리이미드필름으로, 강자성 합금층이 Co-Cr막으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수직자기기록 매체.
- 고분자 필름상에 강자성체가 형성되어 이루어진 수직자기기록 매체의 제조방법에 있어서, 잔존용매가 포함된 고분자필름으로 이루어진 기판을 가열하여 상기 기판내에 잔존하는 상기 용매를 0.7중량% 이하로 하는 제1공정과, 상기 공정 전후의 기판상에 강자성합금으로 이루어진 자석층을 형성하는 제2의 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수직자기기록 매체의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 고분자필름이 폴리이미드필름으로 만들어지고, 제1공정은 대기중에서 기판을 260℃ 이상으로 가열하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수 직자기기록매체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
