Claims (4)
- 자성층상에 윤활성을 가지는 제 1 층과, 내식성을 가지는 제 2 층으로 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 층의 두께가 5nm이상이고, 제 2 층의 두께가 1 내지 7nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 자성층상에 내식성을 가지는 제 1 층과, 상기 제 1 층 상에 윤활성을 가지는 제 2 층과, 상기 제 2 층상에 내식성을 가지는 제 3 층으로 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 제 1 층의 두께가 약 2nm이상이고, 제 2 층의 두께가 약 5nm이상이며, 제 3 층의 두께가 약 1 내지 7nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
