Claims (4)
- 자기저항 소자를 포함하며 또한 자기저항 소자와 자기기록 매치를 자기저긍로 연결하는 페이스를 갖는 박막 자기헤드에 있어서, 자기저항 소자에서 멀리 이격되고 상기 페이스에 이웃한 이단부를 갖는 투자성 재료 제1층 및 이에 연립된 투자성 재료 제2층, 그리고 상기 두층 사이에 잇으면서 상기 자기저항 소자에 의해 연결되는 갭과, 상기 제1및 제2층에서 먼쪽의 자기저항 소자 측면에 위피하며 상기 페이스에서부터 뻗어 투자성 재료 제2층에 자기적으로 연결되는 투자성 재료 제3층을 포함하며, 상기 자기저항 소자와 투자성 재료 제3층 사이에는 초전도 재료층이 제공되는 것을 특징으로하는 박막 자기헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초전도 재료층은 자기저항 소자와 자기기록 매체를 자기적으로 연결하는 상기 페이스에서부터 뻗는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 자기헤드.
- 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 초전도 재료로된 상기 또 하나의 층은 자기저항 소자에서 이격되어 투자성 재료로 된 제1및 제2층 측면에 제공됨을 특징으로하는 박막 자기헤드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 초전도 재료층은 자기저항 소자에서 이격되어 투자성 재료료된 제3층의 측면 뿐만 아니라 제1층 및 제2층의 측면에 제공됨을 특징으로하는 박막 자기헤드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
