제 1 도는 본원 발명의 실시예에 있어서의 에칭 전의 개략 단면도,
제 2 도는 에칭후의 개략 단면도,
제 3 도는 연마후의 개략단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 경물질(硬物質)을 함유하고, 자기기록매체에 대향하여 이동하는 슬라이더와, 상기 매체의 정보그이 기입 및 판독을 행하는 자기헤드소체를 일체화하고, 상기 슬라이더 및 자기헤드소체에 있어서의 부상면측을 연마하도록 한 자기헤드의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 슬라이더의 부산면측의 상기 경물질을 에칭하여 제거한 다음 상기 연마를 하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 경물질은 TiC로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 에칭은 CF4또는 CF4에 O2를 가한 개스에 의해 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드의 제조방법.
