Claims (9)
- 기억층과 필요하다면, 하나 또는 두개의 기판층을 함유한 광학기록매체에 있어서, 기억층이 기억물질로서 흑연을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 광학기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기판층이 기본적으로 폴리메틸 메타아크릴레이트로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 광학기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기판층이 기본적으로 폴리카보네이트로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 광학기록 매체.
- 10내지 30cm의 직경을 가진 블랭크가 흑연 필름으로부터 구멍이 뚫려지고, 300내지 8000바우하에서 압축되고, 필요하다면, 다음의 가공공정에서 하나 또는 두개의 기판층을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 광학기록매체를 제조하기 위한 공정.
- 제4항에 있어서, 그루우브를 이미 가진 기판층이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 읽기전용 기억정보운 반체로서 제1항에 따른 광학기록매체를 사용하는 방법.
- 정보운반체가 콤펙트디스크형임을 특징으로 하는, 제6항에 따른 광학기록매체를 사용하는 방법.
- 정보운반체가 카드형임을 특징으로 하는 것, 제6항에 따른 광학기록매체를 사용하는 방법.
- 정보운반체가 테이프형임을 특징으로 하는 것, 제6항에 따른 광학기록매체를 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
