Claims (9)

  1. 기판상에 Si 및 Ge로 이루어진 군에서 선택한 최소한 1원소를 주성분으로 하는 재료로 이루어진 중간층을 설치하고, 이 중간층상에 Co 기합금으로 이루어진 수직자화막을 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 수직자기 기록매체.
  2. 상기 중간층의 두께가 100Å 이상, 1㎛이하인 것을 특징으로하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 수직자기 기록매체.
  3. 상기 중간층의 두께가 150Å 이상, 1000Å 이하인 것을 특징으로하는 특허청구의 범위 2기재의 수직자기 기록매체.
  4. 상기 중간층이 Si 및 Ge 이외의 원소를, 이 중간층의 결정구조에 다이어몬드구조 및 비정질구조 이외의 것이 나타나지 않는 범위의 양만큼 첨가한 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 수직자기 기록매체.
  5. 상기 중간층이 Si 및 Ge 이외의 원소를, 이 중간층의 결정구조에 다이어몬드구조 및 비정질구조 이외의 것이 나타나지 않는 범위의 양만큼 첨가한 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 특허청구의 범위 2기재의 수직자기 기록매체.
  6. 상기 중간층이 Si 및 Ge 이외의 원소를, 이 중간층의 결정구조에 다이어몬드구조 및 비정질구조 이외의 것이 나타나지 않는 범위의 양만큼 첨가한 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 특허청구의 범위 3기재의 수직자기 기록매
  7. 상기 기판의 최소한 상기 중간층을 형성하는 면이 연자성재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 수직자기 기록매체.
  8. 상기 기판의 최소한 상기 중간층을 형성하는 면이 연자성재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 특허청구의 범위 2기재의 수직자기 기록매체.
  9. 상기 기판의 최소한 상기 중간층을 형성하는 면이 연자성재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 특허청구의 범위 3기재의 수직자기 기록매체.
