Claims (2)
- 비자성기체상에, 자성층, 보호층을 순차적으로 형성하여 이루는 자기 기록매체에 있어서, 상기 비자성기체가, 유리기관, 및 이 유리기판상에 형성된 비자성 금속박막으로 이루고, 이 비자성 금속박막의 표면상에는, 다수의 미세한 동심원상의 흠이 만들어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비자성 금속 박막의 막두께가. 0.03㎛이상 5㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
