Claims (7)
- 진공용기내에서 기판위에 제1의 자성층 및 그위에 제2의 자성층을 형성하는 과정에 있어서, 제1의 자성층 형성후 그 표면에 가속된 이온을 조사한 후에 제2의 자성층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 자성층이, 복수의 자성층에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 자성층 및 제2의 자성층이 진공증착법에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 자성층 및 제2의 자성층의 적어도 한쪽을 Co 기(基)의 자성막으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 진공용기내에서 고분자재료로 이루어진 기판의 표면에 가속된 이온을 조사한 후에, 상기 제1의 자성층으로서 Co와 Cr을 주성분으로하는 자성층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 자성층 및 제2의 자성층의 자화용이한 축을 상기 기판면의 법선에 대해서 경사지게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 자성층에 적어도 Co와 Cr을 함유하고, 상기 제2의 자성층에 적어도 Co와 O를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
