Claims (4)
- 비자기 필름 기판과, 상기 기판상에 형성된 자성층을 포함하는 자기기록매체에 있어서,상기 기판이 3.5 내지 9 마이크로미터의 두께를 갖고 적어도 20㎏/㎟의 F-5갑을 갖고, 상기 자성층이 1,700 내지 3,000Å의 두께를 갖고 강자성 금속 또는 합금박막으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 비자기 필름 기판이 방향족 폴리아미드 수지 필름으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 비자기 필름 기판이 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈레이트 필름으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자성층이, 진공침전에 의해 상기 기판상에 경사지게 침전된 Co-Ni합금으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
