Claims (3)
- 알루미늄합금기판, Ni-P하지층 및 크롬층을 형성하고 그위에 자성층, 카본 박막 및 윤활층으로 구성된 자기기록매체를 제조하는데 있어서, 상기 자성층을 형성하기 전에 크롬층을 크롬(I)층과 크롬(II)층으로 나누어 스파터링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록 매체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크롬(I)층의 두께가 500~1000Å이고 크롬(II)층의 두께가 2000~2500Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록 매체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크롬(I)층 형성시 스파터링 출력밀도가 10~12Watt/㎤이고 크롬(II)층 형성시 스파터링 출력밀도가 4~6Watt/㎤인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록 매체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
