Claims (22)

  1. 기판 : 상기 기판 위의 자기광학적 기록층; 그리고 레늄, 크롬 및 탄탈 중의 적어도 하나와 티타늄으로 이루어진 티타늄 합금으로 만들어진 제1금속 보호층으로서, 자기광학적 기록층 위의 제1금속 보호층으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학적 기록매체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 티타늄 합금이 상기 레늄, 크롬 및 탄탈 중 적어도 하나를 2 내지 80원자% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 티타늄 합금이 상기 레늄, 크롬 및 탄탈 중 적어도 하나를 10 내지 80원자% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 티타늄 합금이 상기 레늄, 크롬 및 탄탈 중 적어도 하나를 15 내지 50원자% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 티타늄 합금이 상기 레늄, 크롬 및 탄탈 중 적어도 하나를 30 내지 50원자% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 티타늄 합금이 상기 레늄 및 크롬중 적어도 하나를 20 내지 80원자% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 자기광학적 기록층이 희토류 금속 및 전이금속의 합금으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 기판 및 자기광학적 기록층 사이에 제1유전층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제1금속 보호층 위에 유기질 보호층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 제1유전층과 자기광학적 기록층 사이에 자기광학적 기록층과 접촉하는 제2금속 보호층을 더 포함하고 이 제2금속 보호층은 레늄, 크롬 및 탄탈중 적어도 하나와 티타늄으로 이루어진 티타늄 합금으로 만들어지고 그 두께는 1내지 5㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 제1금속 보호층 위에 유기질 보호층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 제1금속 보호층이 또한 반사층으로 기능하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 자기광학적 기록층과 제1금속 보호층 사이에 제2유전층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 자기광학적 기록층의 적어도 어느 한면에 접촉하는 적어도 하나의 제3금속 보호층을 더 포함하고 이 제3금속 보호층은 레늄, 크롬 및 탄탈중 적어도 하나와 티타늄으로 이루어진 티타늄 합금으로 만들어지며 그 두께는 1내지 5㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  15. 기판 : 상기 기판위의 자기광학적 기록층; 상기 자기광학적 기록층 위의 반사층; 그리고 레늄, 크롬 및 탄탈 중의 적어도 하나와 티타늄으로 이루어진 티타늄 합금으로 만들어진 제1금속 보호층으로서, 반사층 위의 제1금속 보호층으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학적 기록매체.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 반사층이 제1금속 보호층보다 높은 반사도를 가지는 금속층인 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 기판과 자기광학적 기록층 사이에 제1유전층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 제1금속 보호층 위에 유기질 보호층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 기록층의 적어도 어느 한면에 접촉하는 적어도 하나의 제2금속 보호층을 더 포함하고 이 제2금속 보호층은 레늄, 크롬 및 탄탈중 적어도 하나와 티타늄으로 이루어진 티타늄 합금으로 이루어지며 그 두께는 1내지 5㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  20. 제17항에 있어서, 자기광학적 기록층과 반사층 사이에 제2유전층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 자기광학적 기록층의 적어도 어느 한 면과 접촉하는 적어도 하나의 제2금속 보호층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  22. 제20항에 있어서, 제1금속 보호층 위에 유기질 보호층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
