Claims (22)
- 기판 : 상기 기판 위의 자기광학적 기록층; 그리고 레늄, 크롬 및 탄탈 중의 적어도 하나와 티타늄으로 이루어진 티타늄 합금으로 만들어진 제1금속 보호층으로서, 자기광학적 기록층 위의 제1금속 보호층으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학적 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 티타늄 합금이 상기 레늄, 크롬 및 탄탈 중 적어도 하나를 2 내지 80원자% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 티타늄 합금이 상기 레늄, 크롬 및 탄탈 중 적어도 하나를 10 내지 80원자% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 티타늄 합금이 상기 레늄, 크롬 및 탄탈 중 적어도 하나를 15 내지 50원자% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 티타늄 합금이 상기 레늄, 크롬 및 탄탈 중 적어도 하나를 30 내지 50원자% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
