Claims (17)
- 기판, 보호 및/또는 강화층으로서의 투명 절연층 및 광학기록층으로 이루어지고, 상기한 투명절연층이 인듐, 주석 및 탄탈륨으로 이루어지는 군으로 부터 선택된 적어도 한가지 금속의 산화물로 만들어지고, 상기한 산화물이 질소와 비스무트의 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 한가지 원소를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 투명 절연층이 비결정성인 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 투명 절연층이 질소를 함유하는 인듐 및/또는 주석의 산화물로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 투명 절연층 중의 질소 함량이 40at% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 투명 절연층이 인듐 및/또는 주석 그리고 비스무트의 복합 산화물로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 투명 절연층 중의 비스무트의 함량이 50at% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 인듐 및/또는 주석과 비스무트의 복합산화물의 상기한 투명층이 질소를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기한 투명 절연층 중의 질소 함량이 40at% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 투명 절연층이 질소를 함유한 산화탄탈륨으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기한 투명 절연층 중의 질소 함량이 45at% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기한 투명 절연층이 인듐 및/또는 주석을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기한 투명 절연층 중의 인듐 및/또는 주석의 함량이 25at% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 투명 절연층과 상기한 기록층 사이에 금속 또는 산소를 함유하지 않는 절연성의 제2투명층으로 더 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 기록층이 자기 광학 기록층인 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 자기 광학 기록층이 적어도 한가지의 희토류 원소와 적어도 한가지의 전이금속으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 기판이 투명한 합성 수지로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
- 기판, 보호 및/또는 강화층으로서의 투명 절연층 및 광학기록층으로 이루어지고, 상기한 투명절연층이 인듐, 주석 및 탄탈륨으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 한가지 금속의 산화물로 만들어지고, 상기한 산화물이 질소와 비스무트의 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 한가지 원소를 더 함유하는 광기록 매체의 제조방법에 있어서, 인듐, 주석, 탄탈륨 및 비스무트중 적어도 한가지의 산화물로 된 표적을 질소-함유 분위기에서 스페터링하여 기판상에 질소-함유 산화물층을 침착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
