Abstract

본 발명은 광자기 기록매체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 광자기 기록막의 보호막인 유전체막의 구조를 치밀하게 하고 기판과의 부착력을 증대시켜 산소침투에 대한 저항력을 증가시킴으로써 광자기 기록매체의 신뢰성을 향상시키기 위한 방법으로써, 기판(1)위에 제 1 유전체막(2), 기록막(3), 제 2 유전체막(4), 반사막(5)등을 스퍼터링하여 성막하는 광자기 기록매체의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 각각의 막을 성막하는 단계에서 역스퍼터링하여 에칭하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체의 제조방법을 제공한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 광자기 기록매체의 제조방법에 있어서, 기판을 역스퍼터링하여 에칭하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체의 제조방법.
  2. 기판(1)위에 제 1 유전체막(2), 기록막(3), 제 2 유전체막(4), 반사막(5)등을 스퍼터링하여 성막하는 광자기 기록매체의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 각각의 막을 성막하는 단계에서 역스퍼터링하여 에칭하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체의 제조방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 역스퍼터링은 상기 각각의 막을 형성하는 중에 주기적으로 행하거나 각각의 막을 형성한 후에 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체의 제조방법.
