제 2 도는 자화성 RE-TM 합금이 탄타륨을 포함하고 있지 않은것 외에는 제 1 도의 디스크와 동일한 MO 디스크의 광학 현미경 사진.
Claims (7)
- 기판 및 이 기판상에 위치한 자화성 희소토류-전이금속 합금층, 그리고 이 자화성 합금층을 통과해 빛을 반사시키기 위해 장치된 반사표면으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 합금층은 단일층 또는 모든면의 층들에 의해 대기압과 접촉하는 것을 방지시키고, 이층들중 한층은 기판이며, 상기 자화성 합금은 이트륨, 탄타륨 및 그들의 조합물로부터 선택된 첨가금속과 철-테르븀으로 구성된 조합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광학기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 희소토류-전이금속 합금이 코발트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기- 광학기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 희소토류- 전이금속 합금이 비결정성인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광학기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기판이 황 및 염소로부터 선택된 불순성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광학기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 합금중의 이트륨의 농도가 5원자% 이하이며, 상기 합금중의 탄타륨의 농도는 5원자% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광학기록매체.
- 기판 및 이 기판상에 존재하는 자화성 희소토류-전이금속 합금층으로 구성되며, 여기에서 상기 자화성 합금은 철, 테르븀 및 탄타륨을 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광학기록매체.
- 50℃이상의 온도, 50% 이상의 상대습도, 염소 또는 황중에서 선택된 최소한 한 가지의 유해환경 요인을 갖고 있는 유해환경으로 부터 희소토류-전이금속 합금을 함유하고 있는 자기-광학기록매체를 보호하는 방법에 있어서, 희소토류-전이금속 합금중에 이트륨, 탄타륨 및 그들이 조합물로부터 선택된 첨가금속을 투입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광학기록매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
