Claims (18)
- A. 막표면에 수직인 자기 이방성을 갖는 것으로서, (i) 500옹스트롬 이하의 도메인 크기를 갖는 다수의 자구(자기도메인), (ii) 약 5나노메타 이상의 두께를 갖는 자화가능한 비결정막과, B. A항의 막중 최소한 한면을 덮는 것으로, 두께가 약 30내지 200나노메타이고, 굴절율이 약 1.2이상인 최소한 하나의 투명 유전층과, C. A항의 막이나 B항의 투명유전층 중 한 쪽을 덮는 반사면을 가진 기판을 구비하며, 자화가능한 비결정막과 투명 유전층의 상대 두께가 유전층이 없는 동일 자기매체의 경우보다 큰 자기광학 회전각을 갖게끔 선택되며, 상기 기록매체의 30킬로헤르쯔 대역폭에서 측정된 캐리어 대 잡음비가 최소한 47데시벨인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 비결정 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반사면이 기판상의 반사금속층에 의해 제공되는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, A항의 막의 자구가 실험적인 오차 한계 내에서 아무런 변화도 나타내지 않고서 칫수와 최소한 14일 동안의 매체상의 위치면에서, 그리고 기록시간 근처와, 14일 이후에 독된판 리이신호진폭, 캐리어 대 잡음비 비트 크기면에서 안정자 한기광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자기광학 회전각이 1도 이상인 자기광학기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, A항의 막이 최소한 하나의 희토류 원소와 최소한 하나의 전이 금속과의 합금으로 이루어진 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제5항에 있어서, A항의 막이 약 1원자백분비 이하의 산소농도를 갖는 자기 광학기록매체.
- 제6항에 있어서, A항의 막이 가돌리늄-테르븀-철, 테르븀-철, 테르븀-철, 코발트 합금들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 합금으로 만들어진 자기 광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 향의 자화가능한 비결정막과 반사층 사이에 놓인 투명유전층을 가지며 또한 A항의 자화가능한 비결정막의 최상부에 투명 표면안정화층을 갖는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기판 반대편에 있는 매체의 면을 덮는 투명 부호 덮개층을 아울러 구비한 자기광학 기록매체.
- A. 막표면에 수직인 자기이방성을 갖는 자화가능한 비결정막을 갖는 것으로서, (i) 500옹스트롬이하의 도메인 크기를 갖는 다수의 자구, (ii) 약 5나노메타 이상의 두께를 갖는 자화가능한 비결정막과, B. A항의 막중 한면을 덮는 것으로서, 두께가 약 30 내지 200나노메타이고, 굴절율이 약 1.2이상이며, 자화가능한 비결정막의 양면에 놓이는 투명 유전층과, C. A항의 막이나 B항의 투명 유전층중 한쪽을 덮는 반사층과, D. 투명 보호 덮개 재료로 구성되어 반사층 반대편에 있는 매체의 면을 덮는 기판을 구비하며, 자화가능한 비결정막과 투명 유전층의 상대 두께가 유전층이 없는 동일 기록매체의 경우보다 큰 자기 광학 회전각을 갖게끔 선택되고 30킬로헤르쯔 대역폭에서 측정된 기록매체의 캐리어 대 잡음비가 최소한 47데시벨인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 비결정 자기 광학기록매체.

B항의 층의 반대편에 있는 A항의 자화가능한 비결정막의 면을 덮는 것으로 두께가 30내지 200나노메타이고, 굴절율이 약 1.2이상인 비반사층과, D. B항의 층이나 A항의 막 반대편에 있는 C항의 층 중 어느 한쪽상에 놓인 기판과, E. 기판의 연마된 표면이나 A항의 막 반대편에 있는 B항의 층 중 한면상에 놓인 반사금속의 분리된 반사층일 수도 있는 반사면을 구비하며, 중간층, 자화가능한 비결정막 및 비반사층의 상대두께가 중간층이나 비반사층이 없는 기록매체의 경우보다 큰 자기 광학 회전각을 갖게끔 선택되며 30킬로 헤르쯔에서 측정된 기록매체의 캐리어 대 잡음비가 최소한 47데시벨인 것을 특징으로하는 다층 비결정 자기 광학 기록매체.
- 제11항에 있어서, A항의 막의 도메인이 실험오차의 한계내에서 아무런 변화를 나타내지 않고 칫수와 최소한 14일 동안의 매체상의 위치면에서, 그리고 기록시간 근처와 14일 이후에 판독된 리이드 신호진폭, 캐리어 대잡음비, 비트 크기면서 안정한 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 자기광학 회전각이 1도 이상인 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제11항에 있어서, A항의 막이 최소한 하나의 희토류 원소와 하나의 전이금속과의 합금으로 이루어진 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제14항에 있어서, A항의 막이 1원자 백분비 이하의 산소농도를 갖는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 기판이 B항의 층의 한면상에 놓이고, 비반사층을 덮는 투명보호층을 구비한 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 기판이 비반사층을 덮는 투명보호 재료로 구성되며, 반사면이 자화가능한 비결정막의 반대편에 있는 면상의 B항의 중간층 상에 놓이는 반사금속층으로된 자기광학 기록매체.
