Abstract
트랙 밀도가 증가될 때 우수한 오프 트랙 특성 및 높은 보자력을 갖는 자기 디스크가 제공된다. 이 자기 디스크는 서보 신호와 같은 정보가 요철 패턴에 의해 형성된 비자성 기판, 및 이 비자성 기판 상에 형성된 금속 자성막을 포함한다. 이 금속 자성막의 두께는 50㎚ 이하이다. 비자성 기판 및 금속 자성막 사이에 제1하도층 및 제2하도층으로 구성된 하도층이 형성된다. 제1하도층은 C, Si 및 Ge 중 어느 하나로 이루어지고, 제2하도층은 Cr을 주성분으로 하여 이루어진다. 제1하도층의 두께는 2 내지 80㎚이고, 제2하도층의 두께는 5 내지 108㎚이다.

제6도는 하도층, 금속 자성막 및 보호층을 형성하기 위한 인-라인형 스퍼터링장치를 보여주는 모델도.
제7a도는 인덕티브(inductive) 헤드가 기록용이고, MR 헤드가 재생용인 복합형 자기 헤드를 보여주는 모델도.
제7b도는 자기 헤드의 활동(sliding)면으로부터 본 복합형 자기 헤드의 확대도.
Claims (12)
- 적어도 서보(servo) 신호가 요철 패턴에 의해 형성된 비자성 기판 및 이 비자성 기판 상에 형성된 두께 50㎚ 이하의 금속 자성막으로 이루어지는 자기 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 자성막이 Co-Pt계 합금 또는 Co-Pd계 합금으로 이루어진 것이 자기 디스크.
- 제2항에 있어서 상기 금속 자성막이 Co-Pt-Cr계 합금 또는 Co-Pd-Cr계 합금으로 이루어진 것인 자기 디스크.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속 자성막이 Pt 함량이 16원자% 이상인 Co-Pt계 합금 또는 Co-Pt-Cr계 합금으로 이루어진 것인 자기 디스크.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 비자성 기판이 유리 전이 온도 120℃ 이하의 플라스틱 재료로 이루어진 것인 자기 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비자성 기판이 표면 조도 Rs가 2㎚ 이하이고, 표면 조도 Rmax가 25㎚ 이하인 자기 디스크.
- 적어도 서보 신호가 요철 패턴에 의해 형성된 비자성 기판, 이 비자성 기판상에 형성된 두께 50㎚ 이하의 하도층, 및 이 하도층 상에 형성된 금속 자성막으로 이루어진 자기 디스크.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 금속 자성막의 두께가 50㎚ 이하인 자기 디스크.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 하도층이 C, Si 및 Ge 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 제1하도층, 및 Cr을 주성분으로 하는 제2하도층으로 이루어지는 것인 자기 디스크.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1하도층의 두께가 2 내지 80㎚인 자기 디스크.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2하도층의 두께가 5 내지 108㎚인 자기 디스크.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 비자성 기판인 유리 전이 온도 120℃ 이하의 플라스틱 재료로 이루어진 것인 자기 디스크.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
