Claims (15)
- 기판과;상기 기판 상에 위치된 S1 자기 물질층과;상기 S1 자기 물질층 상에 위치된 루테늄 층과;상기 루테늄 층 상에 위치된 크롬층과;상기 크롬층에 인접되게 위치된 상부 자기 물질층;을 포함하며,상기 기판과 S1 자기 물질층 사이에 위치된 하지층;을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브용 자기 디스크.

- 베이스 플레이트와;상기 베이스 플레이트에 커플링된 스핀들 모터와;기판과, 상기 기판 상에 위치된 S1 자기 물질층과, 상기 S1 자기 물질층 상에 위치된 루테늄 층과, 상기 루테늄 층 상에 위치된 크롬층과, 상기 크롬층에 인접되게 위치된 상부 자기 물질층을 포함하고, 상기 기판과 S1 자기 물질층 사이에 위치된 하지층을 더 구비하며, 상기 스핀들 모터에 커플링된 자기 디스크와;상기 베이스 플레이트에 설치된 액츄에이터 아암과;상기 액츄에이터 아암에 커플링된 보이스 코일 모터와;상기 액츄에이터 아암에 커플링된 플렉셔 아암; 및상기 플렉셔 아암과 상기 자기 디스크에 커플링된 헤드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브.
