Claims (1)
- 기판위에 최소한 희토류-천이금속합금막을 가지고 이루어지는 기록층과 유전체증이 이 순서로 적층형성되어 이루어지고, 오저전자분광법에 의한 깊이방향의 박구조해석에 있어서, 상기 기록층중 상기 유전체층에 유래하는 원소를 포함하는 영역이 기록층과 유전체층의 계면으로부터 70Å 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기록매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
