Claims (2)

  1. 기판(5)위에 제1유전체막(1)과 기록막(2), 제2유전체막(3), 반사막(4)을 순차적으로 형성한것에 있어서,상기 기록막(2)양쪽의 제1유전체막(1)과 제2유전체막(3)을 SiCN : H의 조성물로 형성되게 함을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, SiCN : H의 조성물로 (Si55-xC10Nx) : H의 식으로 하여 X가 35~45원자%로 되게 함을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체.
