Claims (2)

  1. 투명기판(1)위에 열 전도도가 큰 AISiN(∼20Wm -1K-1)로 된 1유전체 막(6)이 적층되며, 상기 제1유전체 막(6)위에 기록막(3)을 적층하고 상기 기록막위에 열전도고가 작은 SiO(2Wm -1K-1)로 된 제2유전체막(7)이 적층되며, 상기 제2유전체막(7)위에 반사막(5)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 디스크의 구조.
  2. 상기 제1및 제2유전체(6,7)은 그 열 전도도의 차이가 7Wm -1K-1가 되도록 하는 유전체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 디스크의 구조.
