Claims (3)

  1. 기록막을 Co/Pt-Pd인 조성물 및 다층 박막으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Co에 Nd를 부가하여 Co-Nd/Pt-Pd로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록 매체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기록막의 조성물을 Co/PtyPd1-y, MdxCo1-y/PtyPd1-y의 산식으로 하여, 원자%로서 0≤x≤30, 0≤y≤1의 조성비로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록 매체.
