Claims (10)

  1. 기판상에 기록층과 금속층을 갖으며, 상기 금속층이 하프늄 및 니오븀중에서 선택한 1이상의 원소를 함유하는 알루미늄합금으로 구성되어 있고. 상기 원소의 함량은 알루미늄합금층을 구성하는 총원자에 대해 0. 1∼10원자%인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
  2. 기판상에 기록층과 금속층을 갖으며, 상기 금속충이 알루미늄합금으로 구성되어 있고, 상기 알루미늄합금은 알루미늄 합금층을 구성하는 총원자에 대해 하프늄 0. 1∼9.5원자%, 크로뮴 0. 1∼5원자%를 함유하고 있으며 상기 하프뮴과 크로뮴의 합계함량은 10원자%미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
  3. 기판상에 기록층과 금속층을 갖으며, 상기 금속층이 알루미늄합금으로구성되어 있고, 상기 알루미늄합금은 알루미늄합금층을 구성 하는 총원자에 대해 하프늄 0.1∼9.5원자%, 크로뮴 0. 1∼5원자%, 티타늄 0.1-9.5원자%를 함유하고 있으며, 상기 하프툼, 크로뮴 및 티타늄의 합계함량은 10원자%미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록 매체.
  4. 기판상에 기록층과 금속층을 갖으며, 상기 금속층이 알루미늄합금으로 구성되어 있고, 상기 알루미 늄합금은 알루미늄합금층을 구성하는 총원자에 대해 하프늄0.5-5원자%, 티타늄0.5-5원자%를 함유하고 있으며, 상기 하프늄과 티타늄의 합게함량은 1∼5. 5원자%인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
  5. 기판상에 기록층과 금속층을 갖으며, 상기 금속층이 알루미능합금으로 구성 되어 있고, 상기 알루미늄합금은 알루미늄합금층을 구성하는 총원자에 대해 하프늄 0.1-10원자%. 마그네슘 0.1~9.5원자%를 함유하고 있으며, 상기 하프늄, 마그네슘및 티타늄의 합계함량은 15원자%미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
