Claims (2)
- 그라인딩 작동 전에 갭을 형성하는 물질의 레벨이 자기극에 대해서 리쎄스부내에 있고, 그라인딩에 의해 얻어지는, 자기 레코딩/리딩 헤드 활성면의 평평성을 성취하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 갭의 리쎄스부와 적어도 같은 두께로 비자기 물질의 얇은 층을 활성면상에 침전시키는 단계와, 상기 활성면의 평평성을 얻도록 비자기 얇은 층의 그라인딩 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비자기 물질의 얇은 층이 알루미나 또는 실리카인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
