Abstract

본 발명은 자기헤드에 있어서 다결정 페라이트에 DLC(Diamond like Carbon)을 코팅하여 DLC에 의한 출력저하를 보상함과 함께 다결정 페라이트에 산화물을 첨가하여 고주파 특성을 향상시키는 것에 관한 것으로, 자기기록 매체가 주행하면서 접촉하는 단결정 페라이트(ferrite) 코아의 접동면에 다이아몬드상(狀)의 카본(Diamond like Carbon) 코팅막이 형성된 것에 있어서 단결정 페라이트가 다결정 페라이트에 관한 기술임.

Claims (3)

  1. 자기기록 매체가 주행하면서 접촉하는 단결정 페라이트(ferrite) 코아의 접동면에 다이아몬드상(狀)의 카본(Diamond like Carbon) 코팅막이 형성된 것에 있어서 단결정 페라이트가 다결정 페라이트로 대체된 구조로이루어진 자기헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다결정 페라이트의 모조정에 SiO2, ZrO2, V2O5가 첨가된 자기헤드.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 다결정 페라이트의 모조성의 100중량부에 SiO2와 ZrO2가 각각 0.02~0.1 중량부, V2O5가 0.02~0.15중량부 첨가 자기헤드.
