Abstract

본 발명은 자기헤드용 비자성 세라믹 기판재료를 금속자성박막의 열팽창 계수에 근접되고, 자기 테이프의 접촉주행시 마모가 적고, 가공성이 양호한 재질로 하여 자성 박막층의 박리 및 균열 억제등에 따라 사용 수명을 증대시키는데 적합한 비자성 세라믹 기판재료에 관한 것으로, CaO 10-35mole%, Tio210-40mole%, NiO 10-60mole%, CoO 10-50mole%로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드용 비자성 세라믹 기판재료.

Claims (3)

  1. CaO 10~35mole%, TiO210~40mole%, NiO 10~60mole%, CoO 10~50mole%로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드용 비자성 세라믹기판재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, CaO, TiO2, NiO, CoO인 주성분에 ZrO2, Al2O3, SiO2, Cr2O3, V2O5중에서 선택한 1종 또는 2종 이상을 0.5~5.0wt% 첨가하여 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드용 비자성 세라믹기판재료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, NiO와 CoO를 더한 함량이 50~90mole%인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드용 비자성 세라믹기판재료.
