(1):강자성산화물기판, (2):제1의 홈, (3):사면, (5):강자성 금속얇은 막, (7):제2의 홈.

Claims (1)

  1. 강자성산화물로 이루어진 기판(基板)에 대해, 제1의 홈가공을 하고, 상기 기판의 자기갭형성면으로 되는 면과 20°∼80°의 각도로 경사지는 사면(斜面)을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 사면상에 진공 얇은막 형성기술에 의해 강사성금속 얇은 막을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 사면에 근접해서 트랙폭을 규제하기 위한 제2의 홈가공을 하는 공정에 의해 코어블록을 작성하여, 이 코어블록끼리를 접합한 다음, 소정의 위치에서 절단하는 것을 특징으로하는 자기 헤드의 제조방법.
