1,5 : 자기헤드, 1a,5a : 갭(gap), 2a,2b,6a,6b : 자기헤드 코어 반쪽 부재, 8a-1,8a-2,8b-1,8b-2 : 융착재, 9a-1,9a-2,9b-1,9b-2 : 만곡형 요부, 12a,12b : 블럭 반쪽 부재, 14 : 갭, 15 : 자성페라이트블럭

Claims (2)

  1. 금속자성 박막과 자성 페라이트와의 복합체 구조의 자기 헤드에 있어서, 상기 자성 페라이트로 되고 갭면 근방에 각각 상기 갭면으로 향한 만곡하는 만곡형 요부를 형성하여 된 한쌍의 자기헤드 코어반쪽부재와, 상기 요부에 연하여 막 형성된 상기 금속 자성 박막으로 되며, 상기 한쌍의 자기 헤드 코어 반쪽부재를 상기 금속 자성 박막이 맞대어 지도록 위치 결정되어 갭재를 통하여 접합하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
  2. 한쌍의 자서 페라이트 블럭 반쪽 부재의 각각에 제1만곡형 요부를 형성하고 상기 제1의 만곡형 요부에 연하여 금속 자성 박막을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 제1의 요부에 융착재를 도입한 위에 갭면 및 권선홈을 형성하고, 또 상기 금속 자성 박막의 근방위치에 제2의 요부를 형성하고 상기 갭면 근방의 상기 금속자성 박막을 노출시키는 공정과, 상기 1쌍의 자성 페라이트 반쪽 부재를 상기 노출된 금속자성 박막이 맞대어지도록 위치 결정하고 갭재를 통하여 접하되어 자성 페라이트 블럭을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 자성 폐라이트 블럭을 절단하여 자기헤드를 형성하는 공정으로 되는 것을 특징으로 한 자기헤드의 제조방법.
