제2도-제14도는 본 발명의 하나의 실시에에 관한 공정의 설명도로서,
제2a 및 2b도는 각각 조합되는 2개의 페라이트 블록을 나타내는 사시도.
제6도는 이와같은 블록 조합체에 트랙폭 규제용 홈을 설치한 상태를 나타내는 사시도.
제7도는 공기 베어링부 및 트랙 돌기를 형성하기 위하여, 블록 조합체의 디스크 접동측의 면에 마스크를 시행한 상태를 나타내는 요부 평면도.
Claims (2)
- 소정 높이의 서로 평행한 좌우의 공기 베어링부(46, 46)를 디스크 접동면(36)에 구비한 슬라이더 몸체(62)와, 이 슬라이더 몸체(62)에 대하여, 일체적으로 설치된 요오크부(56)를 갖고, 이들 요오크부(56)와 슬라이더 몸체(62)에 자기 헤드를 위한 페자로가 구성됨과 동시에, 슬라이더 몸체(62)와 요오크부(56)의 사이에 소정 간격의 자기 갭(30)이 형성되어 이루어지는 고정 자기 디스크 장치용 헤드 코아 슬라이더를, 상기 슬라이더 몸체(62)를 제공하는 제1페라이트 블록(10)과 상기 요오크부(56)를 제공하는 제2페라이트 블록(12)을 맞대어 제조하는 때에, 상기 제1페라이트 블록(10) 및 제2페라이트 블록(12)이 일체화된 블록 조합체(32)의 디스크 접동측의 면(36)에, 이들 제1 및 제2페라이트 블록(10, 12)에 걸치도록, 적어도 2개의 트랙폭 규제용 홈(38, 38)을, 레이저 유기 에칭에 의하여 평행하게 설치하고, 이들 홈(38) 사이에 소정 폭의 트랙부(40)를 형성시키는 공정과, 상기 블록 조합체(32)의 디스크 접동측의 면(36)에 소정의 마스크(44a, 44b)를 시행하고, 화학 에칭 처리를 함으로써, 상기 공기 베어링부(46) 및 상기 트랙부(40)의 형성 부위를, 같은 높이로 돌출, 형성시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정 자기 디스크 장치용 헤드 코아 슬라이더의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2페라이트 블록(10, 12)의 최소한도 일방의 최소한도 자기 겔(30)형성부위에, 소정 두께의 금속 자성재가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
