Claims (6)
- 코일집합체에 있어서, 코일집합체의 자성에 크게 기여하는 제1부분과 코일집합체의 자성에 크게 기여하지 않는 제2부분을 가지는 코아와, 제1코아부의 일부가 노출되는 방법으로 코아의 제1 및 제2부분을 둘러싸는 권선을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일집합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코일집합체의 자성에 크게 기여하는 코아의 제1부분은 적어도 코아의 반절인 것을 특징으로 하는 코일집합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1코아부분은 노출부에서 홈을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일집합체.
- 코일집합체의 자성을 구성 및 변경하는 방법에 있어서, 코일집합체의 자성에 크게 기여하는 제1부분과 코일집합체의 자성에 크게 기여하지 않는 제2부분을 가지는 코아를 형성하는 단계와, 코아에서 제1코아부분의 일부를 노출시키면서 코아의 제1 및 제2부분을 둘러싸는 권선을 설치하는 단계와, 코일집합체의 자성을 목표값으로 변경시키기 위하여 제1코일부분의 노출부에서 물질을 선별적으로 제거하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 레이저를 사용하여 물질을 선별적으로 제거하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 자성은 코일집합체의 인덕턴스인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
