Abstract

본 발명은 강자성 산화물 기판과 강자성 금속박막의 열팽창계수치에 의한 스트레스(stress)를 감소시키는데 있어 왜(歪)분단홈을 가공하지 않아 생산성을 증대시키는 복합형 자기헤드 제조방법에 있어서, 강자성 산화물 기판의 기판의 트랙홈에 강자성 금속박막을 분리 성막한 공정을 포함한 복합형 자기제조공정에 있어서, 트랙홈과 직교하는 방향으로 마스크(mask)를 사용하여 강자성 금속박막을 성막시키는 공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드 제조공정에 관한 기술임.

Claims (3)

  1. 강자성 산화물 기판의 트랙홈에 강자성 금속박막을 분리되게 성막한 공정을 포함한 복합형 자기헤드 제조방법에 있어서, 트랙홈과 직교하는 방향으로 마스크(mask)를 사용하여 강자성 금속박막을 성막시키는 공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 마스크(mask)와 직교하는 방향으로 또 다른 마스크를 부가하여 강자성 금속박막을 성막하는 공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 마스크와 직교하는 방향으로 트랙홈 부분을 전영역에 마스크를 부가하여 강자성 금속박막을 성막하는 공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드 제조방법.
