제1도는 비활성의 연속표면이 회전 굴대에 의해 제공되고 베이스 필름 (base film) 피복층이 미리 형성된 접착성 피복판으로서 도금된 표면에 사용되는 것을 보여주는, 본 발명에 따른 도금된 자기 테이프 제작을 위한 기본장치의 실시예에 대한 부분적 개략 단면도. 제2도는 비활성의 연속표면이 끝이없는 벨트에 의해 제공되고 베이스필름이 경화될 수 있는 수지피복의 형태로 도금된 표면에 사용되는 것을 보여주는, 본 발명에 따른 자기 기록 테이프를 제작하기 위한 기본장치의 또 다른 실시예에 대한 부분적 개략 단면도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 도금된 자기 기록물질 제조공정으로서, 비활성의 매끄러운 연속표면을 강자성 금속의 얇은 평면층을 도금하는 첫째단계와; 상기의 도금된 연속 표면에 비자성의 베이스 필름을 가하여 얇은층의 복합물을 형성하는 둘째단계와; 상기의 연속 표면으로부터 얇은층 복합물을 벗겨내는 맥째 단계로 이루어진 공정.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 연속표면이 원통형의 굴대에 의해 정해지도록 하는 공정.
  3. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 연속표면이 끝이없는 벨트에 의해 정해지도록 하는 공정.
  4. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 연속표면의 거칠기를 0.01㎛이하로 하는 공정.
  5. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 베이스필름이 중합체로 이루어지고, 미리형성된 평면층으로서, 도금된 연속표면에 가해지도록 하는 공정.
  6. 청구범위 제5항에 있어서, 도금된 연속표면에 가해지는 평면층의 면이 접착성 물질로 피복되도록 하는 공정.
  7. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 연속 표면이 끝이없는 벨트에 의해 정해지고, 베이스 필름이 경화가능한 수지피복층의 형태로, 도금된 연속 표면에 가해지고, 얇은 층 복합물이 연속표면으로부터 벗겨지기 전에 경화수행단계를 거치도록 하는 공정.
  8. 도금된 자기 기록 매체로서, 비자성 베이스 필름층과, 강자성 금속의 얇은 평면층의 얇은층복합물로 이루어지고, 상기 강자성층은 베이스 필름의 한면에 인접하여 있고, 그 표면의 모양은 그와 인접한 베이스 필름층의 외면의 모양에 대해 실질적으로 독립되어 있는 자기 기록매체.
  9. 공정에 의한 생산물(Product by Process)청구범위 제1항의 공정에 의하여 생산되는 도금된 자기기록 물질.
