Claims (5)

  1. 자기 요크 및 제 1전기턴 및 제 2 전기턴을 구비하는 변압기에 있어서, 변압기가 박막 기술에 의한 다수의 층으로 구성되며, 제 1 자기 투과층 및 제 2 자기 투과층은 전기 전도층으로부터 형성되는 턴이 연장되는 자기 요크를 구성하며, 한측상의 턴과 다른 측상의 자기 요크 사이의 초전도 재료층이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변압기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기 전도층이 초전도 재료를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변압기.
  3. 자기 요크 및 제 1 전기턴 및 제 2 전기턴을 구비하는 변압기에 있어서, 변압기가 박막 기술에 의한 다수의 층으로 구성되며, 제 1 자기 투과층 및 제 2 자기 투과층은 초전도 재료의 전기 전도층으로부터 형성되는 턴이 연장되는 자기 요크를 구성하며, 자기 요크내에서 초전도 재료의 병렬된 턴 사이의 거리가 분리턴층의 폭 에 비하여 더 적도록 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 변압기.
  4. 유도성 변환 요소 및 자기 기록 매체로 변환요소의 자속 결합을 위한 표면을 가지는 박막 자기 헤드가 상기 표면상에 존재하는 변환 갭을 가지는 자기 요크를 구성하는 제 1 자기 투과층 및 제 2 자기 투과층을 구비하며, 변환 갭의 다른 한측상에 연장하는 상기 자기 투과층을 구비하는 박막 변압기에 있어서, 변환 요소를 구성하는 제 1 전기 전도층에 부가하여, 자기 헤드가 제 1 전기 전도층과 함께 하는 제 2 전기 전도층을 가지며, 자기 요크는 청구범위 1,2 또는 3항에 청구된 바와같은 변압기를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 자기 헤드.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 초전도 재료층이 자기 기록 매체로 변환 갭의 자속 결합을 위한 표면까지 변환 갭으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 자기 헤드.
