Claims (8)

  1. 박막 자기 헤드에 있어서, 기판과 기판으로부터 다른 거리에 위치하고 있는 제1변환소자 및 제2변환 소자 및 상기 소자가 협동하여 자기에 대해 자기적으로 병렬 연장되는 3개의 전도 플럭스 가이드, 상기 기판으로부터 바라볼 때 갭들이 다른 하나 뒤에 하나가 위치하게 되는, 제1플럭스 가이드와 제2플럭스 가이드간에 연장되는 헤드면에 인접한 비-자성 판독 갭과 제2플럭스 가이드 및 제3플럭스 가이드 사이에 연장되는 헤드면에 인접한 비-자 성 기록 갭을 포함하며, 자기 헤드는, 여러 층으로 형성되고 제1플럭스 가이드와 제3플럭스 가이드 사이에서 연장되는 제2플럭스 가이드는 두개의 연자성체 층과 상기 기판에 대해 사실상 병렬로 연장되고 상기 연자성체 층 사이에 위치한 비자성체로 이루어진 절연층을 포함하며, 상기 연자성체 층이 헤드 정면 근처에서 자기적 전도 방식으로 상호 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 자기 헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연층이 헤드면으로부터 일정한 거리에 위치하며, 제2플럭스 가이드가 상기 헤드면에 위치한 단부를 가지고 오직 연자성체로 형성됐으며, 상기 절연층이 상기 단부에 근접한 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 자기 헤드.
  3. 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 헤드면에서 볼때 h가 제2플럭스 가이드의 가장 짧은 연자성체의 높이이며,이고, μra및 μrb는 각각 상기 연자성체의 제1및 제2층 물질의 상대 투자율이며,이고 ta및 tb는 각각 제1 및 제2층의 두께에서, 연자성체층 사이의 절연층이 최소한 3h2r·t과 같은 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 자기 헤드.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 절연층의 두께가 적어도 1㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 자기 헤드.
  5. 1,2,3또는 4항에 있어서, 연자성체 층들이 적어도 거의 같은 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 자기 헤드.
  6. 제1,2,3,4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 제1변환 소자가 자기 저항소자이며, 제2변환 소자가 유도성 소자이고, 제1플럭스 가이드는 그 사이에 상기 자기 저항성 소자에 의해 브릿지 된 공간이 존재하는 공간적으로 분리된 두개의 플럭스 가이드를 가진 차단된 층이며, 자기 저항 소자가 유도성 소자로부터 멀리 떨어진 제1플럭스 가이드의 측면에 존재하는 것을 톡징으로 하는 박막 자기 헤드.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1플럭스 가이드가 상기 비-자성 기판에 가장 근접하게 위치한 플럭스이며, 상기 자기 저항 소자는 상기 플럭스 가이드와 기판 사이에서 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 자기 헤드.
  8. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 변환 소자가 헤드면 까지 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 자기 헤드.
