제 3 도는 제 2 도의 자기 카아드에 기록된 정보를 모식적으로 표시한 도면.
제 4 도는 제 3 도에 표시한 자기 카아드에 기록된 정보의 독출을 설명하기 위한 도면.

Claims (13)

  1. 기판과, 상기 기판위에 자기 기록가능한 보자력을 갖는 복수의 적층된 기록용 자성층과, 및 적어도 최상층의 기록용 자성층위에 적층되어 자기기록에는 적당치 않은 소보자력의 차폐용 자성층으로된 자기 카아드.
  2. 상기 복수의 적층된 기록용 자성층 및 상기 차폐용 자성층은, 상기 기판위에 적층될 제 1 의 기록용 자성층과, 이 제 1 기록용 자성층의 위에 적층될 중간 차폐용 자성층과, 이 중간 차폐용 자성층위에 적층되며, 상기 제 1 의 기록용 자성층의 보자력보다 작은 보자력을 갖는 제 2 기록용 자성층과, 이 제 2 의 기록용 자성층위에 적층되는 차폐용 자성층 등으로 구성된 제 1 항 기재의 자기 카아드.
  3. 상기 복수의 적층된 기록용자성층 및 상기 차폐용 자성층은, 상기 기판위에 적층될 제 1 기록용 자성층과, 이 제 1 기록용 자성층의 위에 적층되며, 상기 제 1 기록용자성층의 보자력보다 작은 보자력을 갖는 제 2 기록용 자성층과, 이 제 2 기록용 자성층 위에 적층될 상기 차페용 자성층등으로 구성되는 제 1 항 기재의 자기 카아드.
  4. 상기 제 2 기록용 자성층은 스트라이프 형상이며, 상기 차폐용 자성층은, 상기 중간 차폐용 자성층의 부분 및 상기 제 2기록용 자성층의 표면을 씌워서 적층되는 제 2 항 기재의 자기 카아드.
  5. 상기 제 2 기록용 자성층은 스트라이프 형상이며, 상기 차폐용 자성층은 상기 제 1 기록용 자성층의 부분 및 상기 제 2기록용 자성층 표면을 씌워서 적층하는 제 3 항 기재의 자기 카아드.
  6. 상기 제 1 기록용 자성층 및 상기 제 2 기록용 자성층은, 소정의 관계로 정보를 분산하여 기록하는 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 기재중 어느 일항에 기재된 자기 카아드.
  7. 상기 제 1 기록용 자성층은, 정보 A0를 기록하며, 상기 제 2 의 기록용 자성층은 정보 B0및 상기 정보 A0및 B0를 변수로 하는 관수 F(A0,B0)인 정보 C0를 기록하는 제 6 항 기재의 자기 카아드.
  8. 상기 제 1 기록용 자성층은 Ba 페라이트 또는 코발트로 피착된 r-Fe2O3중 어느 하나로된 청구범위 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항 기재의 자기 카아드.
  9. 상기 제 2 기록용 자성층은 r-Fe2O3로 된 제 8 항 기재의 자기 카아드.
  10. 상기 차폐용 자성층은, Al, Si 및 Fe로 된 자성합금층 또는 MnZn 페라이트 중 어느 하나로된 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한항 기재의 자기 카아드.
  11. 상기 차폐용 자성층은 다시 그 외표면에 보호층을 형성한 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한항 기재의 자기 카아드.
  12. 상기 제 1 기록용 자성층은, 정보 A0가 기록되는 Ba 페라이트 또는 코발트가 피착된 r-Fe2O3것중으로 되며, 상기 제 2 기록용 자성층은 정보 Bo 및 상기 정보 A0및 B0를 변수로 하는 관수 F(A0, B0)인 정보 C0가 기록될 r-Fe2O3로 되며, 상기 차폐용 자성층은 Al, Si 및 Fe로 되는 자성 합금층 또는 MnZn 페라이트의 어느 하나로 되는 제 7 항 기재의 자기 카아드.
  13. 상기 차폐용 자성층은, 다시 기 외표면에 보호층이 형성된 제12항 기재의 자기 카아드.
