Claims (11)
- 비자성 결합제중에 강자성 미분자를 분산시킨 자성층을 비자성 지지체위에 형성하여서 되는 자기 기록 매체에 있어서, 상기 자성층의 보자력이 1400∼2000에르스테트, 잔류자속밀도가 1100가우스 이상이고, 자성층 두께가 0.5㎛이상으로 규제되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 상기 자성층의 보자력이 1400∼1890에르스테트, 잔류자속밀도가 1300∼1700가우스, 강자성입자가 강자성분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 자기 기록 매체.
- 자기 기록 매체가 자기 디스크인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제2항 기재의 자기 기록매체.
- 자성층의 표면 거칠음을, 0.025㎛ 이하로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 자기 기록 매체.
- 자성층의 두께를 1∼5㎛로 한 특허청구의 범위 제3항 기재의 자기 기록 매체.
- 자성층의 두께를 2.5∼5㎛로 한 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 자기 기록 매체.
- 자성층중의 금속 자성분의 질소 흡착법에 의한 비표면적이 60m2/g이하인 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 자기 기록 매체.
- 자성층중의 금속자성분과 결합제와의 합계중에 점유하는 금속자성분의 비율이 65∼85중량 %의 범위에 있는 특허청구의 범위 제4항 기재의 자기 기록 매체.
- 비자성 결합제중에, 강자성 미분자를 분산시킨 자성층을 비자성 지지체 위에 형성하여 되는 자기 기록 매체와, 그 자기 기록 매체의 자성층에 미끄럼 접합하여, 신호의 기록재생을 행하는 자기 헤드를 구비한 자기 기록 재생장치에 있어서, 상기 자기 기록 매체의 자성층의 보자력을 1200∼2000에르스테트, 잔류자속밀도를 1200가우스 이상으로, 또한 표면 거칠음을 0.03㎛ 이하로 각각 규제함과 동시에, 상기 자기헤드에 있어서의 자기 캡의 근방이 포화자속밀도 7000가우스 이상의 높은 포화 자속밀도를 가진 자성체로 구성되고, 그 자기 캡의 자기 기록 매체 주행방향의 길이를 0.15∼0.4㎛의 범위로 규제한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 재생장치.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재에 있어서, 상기 자기 헤드의 자기 캡 근방에 배설되는 자성체가, 높은 투자율을 가진 비정질 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 재생장치.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 또는 제2항 기재에 있어서, 상기 자기 헤드의 자기캡 근방에 배치되는 자성체가 2층이상의 자성박막으로 되고, 그 자성박막의 중간에 비자성박막이 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 재생장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
