Claims (3)
- 비자성기체상에 Ta를 약 1.9원자% 이하 함유하는 Co-Cr계 결정질 합금 자성막을 약 0.1 내지 0.3㎛두께로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 기체상에 W를 약 1.9원자% 이하 함유하는 Co-Cr계 합금 자성막을 약 0.1 내지 0.25㎛ 두께로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 기체상에 Mo를 약 10원자% 이하 함유하는 Co-Cr계 결정질 합금 자성막을 약 0.1 내지 0.3㎛ 두께로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
