Claims (12)

  1. (a)수화성, 전착가능한 수지의 수성 분산액; 및 (b)상기 수성 분산액에 균일하게 분산된 0.01 내지 20미크론의 입도를 갖는 중합체 미립자 조성물중 총고체 함량이 1 내지 50중량%로 구성되며, 상기 중합체 미립자는 상기 조성물의 전착 공정중 조온도보다 적어도 10℃높은 연화점, 상기 수화성수지의 용해도 매개변수와 1.0이상 상이하지 않은 용해도 매개변수, 상기 수화성 수지의 굴절율과 0.02 내지 0.3만큼 상이한 굴절율, 또는 0.01 내지 5.05mmol/g의 가교결합밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전착 피복 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 미립자가 상기 수화성 수지와 동일한 극성의 이온기를 그의 표면상에 지나는 것을 특징으로 하는 전착 피복 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 미립자는 상기 조온보다 적어도 10℃ 높은 연화점, 및 0.2 내지 20 미크론의 입도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전착 피복 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 미립자가 상기 수화성 수지의 용해도 매개변수와 1이상 상이하지 않는 용해도 매개변수, 및 0.01 내지 0.2 미크론인 입도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전착 피복 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체미립자가 상기 수화성 수지의 굴절율과 0.02 내지 0.3만큼 상이한 굴절율 및 0.01 내지 2 미크론인 입도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전착 피복 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 미립자의 가교 결합 밀도가 0.01 내지 5.05mmol/g이고, 입도가 0.01 내지 20미크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 전착 피복 조성물.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 수성분산액은 상기 수화성 수지의 에멀젼이며, 상기 중합체 미립자의 입도가 상기 에멀젼의 입도보다 더 큰것을 특징으로 하는 전착 피복 조성물.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수성분산액은 상기 수화성 수지의 에멀젼이며, 상기 중합체 미립자의 입도가 상기 에멀젼의 입도보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 전착 피복 조성물.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수화성 수지 및 상기 중합체 미립자가 음이온기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전착 피복 조성물.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수화성 수지 및 상기 중합체 미립자가 양이온기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전착 피복 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체 혼합물을 중합하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전착 피복 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 단량체 혼합물이 에멀젼, NAD 또는 침전 중합법에 따라 중합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전착 피복 조성물.
