Claims (15)

  1. 적어도 부분적으로는 각 탄성 중합체재료의 최종 혼합물로부터 각각 성형된 여러 구성 요소를 이루어지고 상기 구성 요소들은 적어도 하나의 타이어 제조 드럼이 포함되는 그리인 타이어 결합부에서 서로 결합되는 하나의 내측 카커스와 환상외측 패키지로 이루어지며, 상기 카커스에는 불투과성 내층과 적어도 하나의 외측 본체 플라이가 포함되고, 상기 환상 외측 패키지에는 여러 층으로 중첩된 트레드 플라이와 외측드레드가 포함되는 타이어의 고온성형방법에 있어서, 직접 연속 생산방법으로 생산된 연속 스트립의 형태를 각각 가지는 반제품을 횡으로 절단하여 상기 요소의 적어도 일부를 성형하는 단계; 상기 생산 및 절단된 연속 스트립의 적어도 일부를 완성된 그리인타이어로 결합시키기 위하여 상기 타이어 제조드럼에 고온 공급하는 단계; 상기 구성 요소들의 생산 열에너지가 소산되기 전에 상기 완성된 그리인 타이어를 경화시키는 단계로 이루어지고; 상기 성형단계의 연속 생산방법에는 예를들면 상기 최종 혼합물을 압출시키는 것이 포함되나 압출에만 한정되지 않으며, 상기 생산 과정에는 상기 각 연속 스트립에로의 열에너지 전달이 수반되어 실온보다 높은온도로 유지되고, 상기 고온 공급단에계서 그리인 타이어에는 상기 구성요소의 생산 열에너지의 적어도 일부가 보존되어 최종 온도가 실온보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어의 고온 성형방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 최종 혼합물의 적어도 일부는 각 혼합기의 내부에서 각 마스터뱃치를 각 화학성분과 혼합시켜 얻어지고, 상기 혼합과정에서는 상기 각 최종 혼합물로 일정량의 열전달이 이루어져 상기 각 혼합기로부터 빠져나올 때 실온보다 높은 온도로 유지되며; 상기 최종 혼합물은 상기 혼합 열에너지가 소산되기 전에 상기 각 직접 생산과정으로 고온공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 혼합기들이 연속 혼합기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 직접 생산과정이 압출인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 경화부로부터 나오는 상기 타이어가 검사되어 그 데이타가 상기 혼합, 압출, 결합 및 경화 과정을 제어하는 전산화 중앙, 제어 유니트에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 외측 본체플라이는 탄성중합체 재료로 코팅된 직물층으로 이루어지고, 상기 직물층에는 상기 타이어의 반경방향 평면내에 평행하게 배열된 직물코드가 포함되며; 상기 외측 본체 플라이는 상기 타이어 제조드럼의 원주방향 전개길이와 폭이 동일한 직물 스트립으로부터 성형이 시작되고, 상기 코드는 상기 직물 스트립의 측방향 날실을 이루며; 상기 직물 스트립은 탄성중합체로 코팅되어 고무 코팅된 직물스트립을 이루며; 상기 코팅된 직물 스트립은 상기 타이어 제조드럼의 회전축과 평행한 방향으로 상기 드럼에축방향으로 공급되어 상기 카커스의 축방향 전개길이와 동일한 길이의 축방향 부분을 생산하도록 가로로 절단되며; 상기 축 방향 부분은 상기 타이어 제조드럼에 직접 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 직물 스트립의 양면은 직접 압출되는 탄성중합체의 2층에 의하여 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 불투과성 내층에는 중앙의 내측 라이너, 2가로마모스트립, 2측벽이 포함되고 이들은 폭이 상기 카커스의 축방향 전개 길이와 동일하고 그 종축이 상기 타이어 제조드럼의 회전축과 수직인 탄성 중합체의 연속 스트립을 생산하도록 상기 타이어 제조드럼에 인접한 예비 결합 테이블로 직접 압출되며; 상기 탄성중합체의 연속 스트립은 길이가 상기 카커스의 원주방향 전개길이와 동일한 측방향 부분으로 절단되고, 상기 축 방향부분들은 상기 드럼에 축방향으로 직접 공급되어 감겨져 상기 불투과성 내층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 압출된 내측 라이너는 상기 카커스 성형시 최대가로 굽힘 응력을 받는 부분이 되는 길이방향으로 두꺼운 2부분을 가지는 편평한 스트립의 형태로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 상기 항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 트레드 플라이는 옆으로 나란히 축 방향으로 배열된 금속 와이어의 스트립으로부터 성형이 개시되고; 상기 금속 와이어 스트립은 직접 연속생산에 의하여 그 양면이 탄성중합체로 코팅된 후 강화 스트립을 이루고 주어진 각으로의 가로절단 과정 및 접합과정을 거쳐 여러개의 복합스트립으로 되고, 상기 복합 스트립은 각각 그 세로축에 대하여 상기 각을 이루는 금속와이어로 내부에서 강화되며; 상기 강화 복합스트립은 각각 상기 트레드 플라이를 생산하도록 상기 각으로 가로절단되고, 상기 트레드플라이는 상기 결합부로 직접 연속적으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 상기 항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 트레드는 탄성중합체 스트립의 연속 압출로 성형된 후 상기결합부로 직접 연속적으로 공급되는 부분들로 절단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 상기 항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 그리인 타이어는 로보트에 의하여 상기 결합부로부터 상기경화부로 직접 이송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 경화부 전체가 열적으로 절연된 외부 케이싱내에 위치하고, 상기 경화과정은 상기 각 그리인 타이어용 경화유니트 및 이 유니트로 상기 그리인 타이어를 적재시키고 이 유니트로부터 그리인 타이어를 하역시키는 적재 및 하역수단에 의하여 상기 케이싱의 내부에서 수행되며; 상기 각 경화 유니트는 상기 적재 및 하역수단 사이로 연장된 통로를 형성하는 가이드 수단에 가동 장착되고, 상기 가이드 수단과 분리될 수 있도록 독립적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 적재 및 하역수단의 중간에서 상기 통로는 적어도 2개의 평행한 분지 통로를 포함하고; 상기 적어도 2개의 평행한 분지 통로중의 하나를 제외시키는 스위치 수단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 적재 및 하역수단은 적재/하역스테이션을 이루고, 상기 통로는 상기 스테이션을 지나는 루우프(loop)를 이루고, 상기 스테이션은 상기 그리인 타이어를 상기 각 경화 유니트에 적재시키고, 경화된 대응 타이어를 경화 유니트로부터 하역시키기 위하여 상기 로보트와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
