Claims (1)
- 제1도 전형의 기체영역과, 이것의 위에 형성된 제2도 전형의 영역과, 복수의 제1도 전형의 전하축적 영역이 배열된 촬상영역을 가지고 있으며, 상기 기체영역에 상기 전하축적 영역으로부터의 과잉캐리어를 배제하도록 한 고체촬상장치에 있어서,상기 촬상영역의 주위를 거의 에워싸도록 제2도전형의 제1의 채널스톱영역과,그 바깥쪽에 상기 제1의 채널스톱영역과 소요 간격을 유지하여 제2의 채널스톱영역이 설치되고,상기 제1 및 제2의 채널스톱영역의 소요부 사이를 소요 저항치를 가진 저항영역에 의하여 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체촬상장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
