Claims (1)
- 반도체영역위에 절연막을 통해 제1의 게이트전극 및 제2의 게이트전극으로 이루어지는 전송전극이 복수 배열되어 이루어지는 CCD시프트레지스터에 있어서, 전하를 축적하는 상기 제1의 게이트전극아래의 반도체영역이 불순물에 의해 복수로 분할되어서 이루어지는 CCD 시프트레지스터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
