Claims (1)
- 베이스를 링 구조로 만들고, 그 가운데의 EPI영역에 컬렉터 콘택을 위치시키고, 컬렉터 주위에는 멀티 에미터를 위치시켜 멀티에미터들과 컬렉터간 거리를 동일하게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 에미터 트랜지스터 구조.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
