제1도는 본 발명의 유성기어 장치의 케이싱 부착상태를 나타낸 저면도.
제2도는 제1도중의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ 단면도.
제8도 제9도는 다른 유성기어 장치의 케이싱 부착상태를 나타낸 단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 태양기어(1)와, 태양기어(1)의 주위에서 이것에 맞물리는 적당한 여러개의 유성기어(2)와 유성기어(2)의 주위에서 이것들에 맞물리는 외각내치 기어(3)와, 유성축(5)에 의해서 유성기어(2)를 축이 회전할 수 있도록 지지하는 케리어(4)로 된 유성기어 장치(A)를 케이싱(B)에 부착하는 구조에 있어서, 케이싱(B)의 원통 내면에 여러개의 회전 방지돌출부(45)를 형성하고, 유성기어 장치(A)의 외각 내치기어(3)의 외통면에는 회전 방지 원호편(19)을 형성하며, 케이싱(B)의 회전방지 돌출부(45)와 외각 내치기어(3)의 회전 방지 원호편(19)에 의해서, 외각내치 기어(3)를 케이싱(B)에 대해서 회전방지하고, 외각내치 기어(3)는 케이싱(B)의 내원통면과의 사이에 공간(g)이 있으며, 반지름 방향으로 변위할 수 있고, 또한 외각 내치 기어(3)의 외통면(18)의 대부분이 케이싱의 내주면(44)과 이격(離隔)하여 이 사이에 공간(F)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유성기어 장치의 케이싱 부착구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 외각 내치 기어(3)의 기어부의 중심선 X-X와, 케이싱에 회전력을 전달하는 회전방지 원호편(19)의 중심선 Y-Y이 축방향으로 이격되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유성기어 장치의 케이싱 부착구.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 외각내치 기어(3)가 플라스틱으로 제조되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유성기어 장치의 케이싱 부착구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 외각내치 기어(3)와, 케이싱 내주면의 공간(g)이 지름분으로 0.5mm-3mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 유성기어 장치의 케이싱 부착구.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    유성기어(2)가 유성기어링(8)과, 이것을 양쪽으로부터 지지하는 치선원보다 큰 원판부가 있는 유성원판(6),(7)로 되어 있으며, 외각내치 기어(3)는 외각링(25)과, 전술한 유성원판(6),(7)과 접촉하는 원통면(26),(27)이 내주면에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유성 기어장치의 케이싱 부착구.
