제1도는 본 발명에 의하여 제조된 두 개의 상호 작용하는 기어-축 부품을 결합시키는 기어 펌프의 일부 입단면도이다.
제2도는 제1도의 2-2선에 따른 동일한 기어 펌프의 입단면도이다.
제3도는 제2도에 나타나 있는 두 개의 기어-축 부품중 윗 것의 확대측면도이다.
Claims (7)
- 축과 그 축에 고정된 기어로 구성되는 제작장치에 있어서, 상기 기어는 축방향으로 뻗어있는 구멍이 있으며, 상기 축은 그 구멍을 관통하여 뻗어 있는 것으로서, 상기 축은 이 축의 단부 중간에 축소된 직경 부위를 포함하고 있으며 상기 기어의 외곽 부위에 위치한 상기축의 부위는 상기 축의 축소된 직경 부위상에 상기 기어를 고정하기 위해서, 축방향으로 대향되는 완전한 보호벽으로 제한되는 것으로 구성되는 개선방법.
- 축의 축소된 직경부위가 축의 외곽부위와 동심원으로 되어 있는 청구범위 제1항의 제품.
- 축의 축소된 부위가 축의 외곽부위의 직경 1인치당 대략 1,000분의 1인치로 방사상으로 축소되는 청구범위 제2항의 제품.
- 축방향으로 대향되는 완전한 보호벽이 축의 축소된 직경부위상에 기어를 축방향으로 고정시키기 위해서 환상의 표면으로 제한되는 청구범위 제3항의 제품.
- 기어 및 축이 금속물질로 구성되는 청구범위 제4항의 제품.
- 기어가 축의 축소된 부위상에 수축고정되는 청구범위 제5항의 제품.
- 축 및 축에 고정된 기어로 구성되고, 기어는 그 속을 관통하는, 축방향으로 뻗어 있는 구멍을 가지고 있으며, 상기 축은 이 축의 단부의 중간에 축소된 직경을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 기어의 구멍은 상기 축소된 직경부위에 고정되며, 상기 기어의 외곽면에 위치한 상기 축부위는 상기축의 축소된 직경상에 상기 기어를 축방향으로 고정키위해 축방향으로 대향되는 완전한 보호벽으로 제한되는 것으로 구성되는 제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
