Claims (6)
- 베어링 조합체에 축을 수용하여 장착하기 위한 단일테이퍼 부싱에 있어서, 상기 베어링조립체는 하우징내에 지지되며, 한쌍의 이격된 반마찰 베어링으로 구성되고, 상기 반마찰 베어링은 하우징에 고착되어 있는 외부레이스와 상기 외부레이스에 대해 회전가능한 내부레이스, 그리고 상기 외부 및 내부레이스 사이에 위치하는 여러개의 구름부재를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 회전가능한 내부레이스는 양쪽이 개방되어 있는 중공형허브를 갖고, 이 허브는 상기 내부레이스 속에 서로 동축이 되게 수용되어, 상기 하우징과 외부레이스에 대해 회전 가능하고, 상기 허브는 이 허브전체에 걸쳐 확장하고 한쪽단으로 부터 타단으로 테이퍼집중되는 형상의 테이퍼 내부개구와 한쪽단을 플랜지가 형성된 슬리이브를 포함하며, 상기 슬리이브에는 상기 플랜지 형성부로부터 반대쪽으로 테이퍼지는 외부테이퍼면과 원통형의 내부 개구가 포함되고, 상기 슬리이브는 그의 외부테이퍼면과 허브의 테이퍼진 개구의 내면이 서로 접촉하는 상태로 상기 허브내에 수용되어지고, 상기 슬리이브에는 축길이 방향으로 갈라져 있어서 상기 슬리이브가 상기 허브의 개구내에 끼워질때 원주방향으로 팽창 및 수축이 가능하도록 하고, 상기 슬리이브에 피동축이 끼워지는 형식은 상기 피동축의 축선과 허브의 축선사이의 축배치에 있어서의 동심성 및 평행성에 변위가 생기는 것을 일정한 범위내에서 허용하여 보정할 수 있도록 되고, 상기 축과 상기 허브를 서로 회전연결하여 한 몸체로 회전할 수 있도록 하는 수단과, 상기 슬리이브와 그속에 끼워진 피동축을 상기 허브의 테이퍼 개구속으로 끌어당겨서 위치를 유지할 수 있도록 하여 상기 축과 상기 허브사이의 축선 배치의 변위를 허용하고, 이로써 피동축과 허브간의 연결을 확고히 하는 수단이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일테이퍼 부싱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬리이브를 상기 허브속으로 끌어들이기 위해 상기 슬리이브의 한쪽 단부에 설치되는 수단은 상기 허브의 한쪽 단부에서 이 허브에 의해 지지되는 플랜지와, 상기 슬리이브의 플랜지에 의해, 지지되고, 상기 플랜지속에 나사 결합방법으로 수용되어 이것을 돌림으로써 상기 슬리이브가 허브의 개구속으로 이끌리도록 하는 여러개의 나사 체결요소로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일테이퍼 부싱.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬리이브의 한쪽 단부에서 상기 허브개구를 상기 슬리이브의 바깥쪽으로 밀어서 상기 허브에 대해 피동축이 해제될 수 있도록 하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일테이퍼 부싱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬리이브의 길이는 상기 허브길이의 약 0.65-1.00배의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일테이퍼 부싱.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 허브개구의 직경은 상기 슬리이브 길이의 약 0.20-0.70배의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일테이퍼 부싱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬리이브 플랜지는 상기 플랜지의 외부가장자리를 통해 상기 개구로 부터 상기 플랜지를 통해서 반경방향쪽의 외부로 확장하는 상기 슬리이브에서의 플랜지인 것을 특징으로 하는 단일테이퍼 부싱.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
