Claims (7)
- 외측레이스가 유성기어유니트의 회전부품 또는 트랜스 액슬케이스의 어느 것에 고정되고, 반대로, 내측레이스가 트랜스 액슬 케이스 또는 유성기어유니트의 회전부품의 어느 것에 고정되는 원 웨이 클러치를 구비하는 자동 변속기에 있어서, 상기 회전부품에 기름을 보내는 판을 일체 회전가능하게 설치하고, 이 판의 회전에 의한 원심력에 의해 입력축에서 비산하는 오일을 원 웨이 클러치에 보내는 압력을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.
- 외측레이스가 유성기어유니트의 외주측의 회전부품에 결합되고, 내측레이스가 트랜스 액슬 케이스의 내주측에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구 범위 제1항 기재의 자동변속기.
- 상기 기름을 보내는 판의 면에 요철부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구 범위 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 자동변속기.
- 상기 요철부는 지름방향에 방사상으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구 범위 제3항 기재의 자동변속기.
- 상기 요철부는 회전방향에 나선상으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구 범위 제4항 기재의 자동변속기.
- 상기 기름을 보내는 판은, 지름방향에서 외주측으로 갈수록 원 웨이 클러치에 상기 기름을 보내는 판의 면이 가깝게 되도록 구배를 부가한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구 범위 제1항 기재의 자동변속기.
- 상기 회전부품과 기름을 보내는 판과의 일체 회전은, 스플라인 결합, 압입에 의한 고착 또는 코오킹에 의한 고착에 의해 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구 범위 제1항 기재의 자동변속기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
