Claims (5)
- 태양기어(1)와 이것에 서로 맞물리는 적당수의 유성기어(2)와 이것에 맞물리는 외피내치기어(3)와 유성기어(2)를 유성축(5)에 의해서 축을 지지하는 캐리어(4)로 된 유성기어 장치에 있어서 유성기어(2)는 링형상의 유성기어링(7)과 그 유성기어링(7)의 양측에 설치되어 유성기어링(7)의 내주면을 지지하는 내측 작은 원 부분(18)과 유성기어링(7)의 이빨끝의 원 보다 넓은 외주의 외측 큰 원 부분(17)이 있는 2장의 유성원판(6)을 조합해서 되었으며 외피 내치기어(3)는 외피기어부(8)의 양측에 이빨부리의 원보다 큰 내부 지름의 외피내 원통부분(9)을 설치하고 있으며 태양기어(1)는 태양기어 부분(26)의 양측에 이빨뿌리의 원 보다 작은 지름의 태양돌출부(27)가 설치되어 있으며 유성원판(6)의 외측 큰 원부분(17)의 외주의 유성전동면(20)이 외피내 원통부(9)의 외각 전동면(21)과 태양몸체인 돌출부(27)의 측주면(側周面)인 태양전동면(28)에 대해서 전동하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 유성기어장치.
- 유성원판(6)의 유성전동면(20)은 유성기어(2)의 이빨끝의 원보다 0-2 모듀울 크며, 외피 내통부분(9)의 외각 전동면(21)은 외피기어의 이빨뿌리의 원보다 0-2모듀울 크며, 또한 태양 전동면(28)은 태양기어(1)이 이빨뿌리의 원보다 0-2 모듀울 작게한 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 따른 유성기어장치.
- 태양기어(1), 유성기어 링(7), 유성원판(6)이 소결합금제이며, 캐리어(4)가 알루미 다이캐스트제이며 외각내치기어는 플라스틱으로 일체 성형되어있는 특허청구범위 제1항에 따른 유성기어장치.
- 태양기어(1), 유성원판(6), 유성기어링(7), 캐리어(4), 외피내치기어가 플라스틱 제품인 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 유성기어장치.
- 태양기어(1), 유성기어(2), 외피내치기어(3), 캐리어(4)가 금속제인 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 따른 유성기어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
